Bathrooms, snowboards and silly men

I was thinking the other day about making some changes to our bathroom. Maybe investing in a natural stone floor, putting in some nice bathroom furniture, perhaps a basin mixer, an exclusive toilet roll holder and a nice carpet... Sounds nice, huh?

By the way, I was driving home yesterday evening and about to drive by a crossover with a pedestrian signal (I had green lights), when a man just ran right out in front of me! I got so scared that I got angry at him, for being so careless, but he just walked on - leaving me there all shook up... I could have run him over for crying out loud! Obviously one can't depend on people following the rules in traffick situations. Stupid stupid man!

Where to go and what to do on the holidays this year? I'm dreaming about a really nice and warm place, like maybe Thailand, but my boyfriend got himself a new snowboard at winter sales, so I guess he's more likely to choose a cold and unfriendly (!) place. Well, in that case I'll need some new outdoor equipment...

Last weekend I was trying out ride on mowers. It was great fun actually! I'm thinking about trying to persuade my parents to buy one, and then I could use it on their lawn...

Beginner's luck

Well, hello there!

It's my first time in the world of blogging, but I'll do my very best. Laughing I'm often surfing the net, looking for nice sites and links to recommend to my friends, family and others that are interested.

A couple of days ago I was looking at cars on my uncle's account (who happens to have a lot of money to spend on unnecessary things - like new cars every half a year), and I actually found something I've never heard of. I discovered the world of telematics! Some of you may be thinking "so what?", but I refuse to believe that I'm the only one not knowing about that industry... Any way, reading about telematics is far more interesting than looking for cars. Anyone interesting in the latest technology? Visit WirelessCar, a company in the telematics business.

I didn't find any car (no beginner's luck for me), but I did find some information on how to import a car from the states to the UK. Maybe my uncle have to read some more before going ahead with his business. It's not all that simple!

I bid you good day, as Fez would have said.
